"Added Value In Real Estate"

The tag phrase above is one I have used for the past three years because it reminds me and in the day and age of instant information, access to numerous resources, and thus the most informed buying and selling public ever it is essential that a real estate agent be able to add value to the transaction.  This is my philosophy and is the driving force behind every aspect of my practice, staying on top of new technology to better serve my clients (such a buyer being able to get text information about a home they walk by), environmental concerns in real estate (studying to receive my EcoBroker designation), staying informed of city, state and federal real estate tax programs and renovation issues (finishing the renovation of a historic apartment building for which I received historic tax credits), development concerns (activity stay updated as to city development agenda), issues concerning condominiums (my specialty) and community involvement (belong to multiple community based or focused groups).  In addition I have had experience with store front commercial properties (renovated and sold one in Mt. Vernon) and cooperatives (along with condominiums, cooperatives used to be my favorite transactions)

So when you are considering buying or selling home, condominium, or even cooperative or considering an investment property (primarily multi-unit apartments, or store front commercial ) contact me.
